Open the app and go to Profile > Subscription to manage or cancel your plan. You can also cancel through your iPhone Settings > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > Kegel King > Cancel Subscription. Either way, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the app and go to your Profile tab. Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
The app isn't vibrating during workouts

First, check that your iPhone's silent mode switch (on the left side) is off. Then go to iPhone Settings > Sounds & Haptics and make sure System Haptics is turned on. If vibrations still don't work, try restarting the app.
How do I change my reminder time?

Go to your Profile tab > Settings > Reminders. You can change the time or turn reminders off entirely.
Is my data private?

Yes. Your training data stays on your device. The leaderboard uses auto-generated anonymous usernames - never your real name or any personal information. We don't sell data to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
What are Stealth Icons?

Stealth Icons let you change the app's icon on your home screen to something discreet - a gradient, a letter, or a timer icon. Nobody will know what the app is. Go to Profile > App Icon to switch.

Can I use the app with the screen off?

Yes, with Pocket Mode enabled. Your screen goes dark but the workout keeps running with full haptic and audio cues - just put your phone in your pocket and follow along. You can enable it in Profile > Settings. Note: if you lock your screen with the side button, the workout pauses and haptics stop. Use Pocket Mode instead.
How long until I see results?

What's the difference between regular and reverse kegels?
