Privacy Policy

Sharpe Brands LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Kegel King mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Kegel King is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account with personal information. Here is what we collect:

Anonymous Usage Data: We generate a random anonymous identifier (UUID) on your device to track your workout progress, streaks, and rank. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.

Workout Data: Session completions, exercise types, hold durations, and progression data. This data is stored locally on your device and synced to our servers using your anonymous identifier for leaderboard and progress features.

Goal Selection: The health goal you select during onboarding (e.g., last longer, stronger erections, bladder control, post-surgical recovery) is stored to personalize your training program.

Subscription Data: If you subscribe, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store and by our subscription management partner, RevenueCat. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, billing address, or Apple ID. RevenueCat receives a transaction identifier to manage your subscription status.

Analytics: We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics such as which screens you visit, which features you use, and general app performance metrics. This data is not linked to your identity and is used solely to improve the App.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, photos, contacts, location data, health data from HealthKit or other health platforms, or any other personally identifiable information. We do not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or request tracking permission through App Tracking Transparency.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

- Deliver and personalize your training program based on your selected goal
- Track your workout progress, streaks, rank, and leaderboard position
- Manage your subscription status
- Improve the App based on anonymous usage patterns
- Diagnose technical issues and improve app performance

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. We share limited data with the following service providers who assist in operating the App:

- Supabase: Cloud database provider that stores anonymous workout data and leaderboard information
- RevenueCat: Subscription management that processes subscription status (not payment details)
- PostHog: Anonymous analytics
- Sentry: Crash reporting and performance monitoring that collects anonymous diagnostic data to help us identify and fix technical issues

These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the purposes of providing their services to us.

Leaderboard

The App includes an anonymous leaderboard that displays rank, level, and performance scores. No real names or identifiable information is shown. Your leaderboard entry is identified only by an auto-generated username (e.g., "IronBear-203") that is not linked to your identity.

Data Storage and Security

Your workout data is stored on secure cloud servers provided by Supabase. All data transmission between the App and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.

Data Retention

We retain your anonymous workout data for as long as you use the App. If you delete the App, your anonymous identifier is no longer linked to any device. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email address below.

Children's Privacy

The App is rated 17+ and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App or on our website. The "Effective Date" at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated.
