I'm the educational voice behind Kegel King. I break down clinical research on pelvic floor training, sexual performance, and men's health into content that's actually useful. No jargon, no shame, no BS.

Everything I teach traces back to published peer-reviewed studies. I've reviewed over 60 clinical papers covering premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and male sexual physiology to build the protocols inside the app.

I'm not a physician. I don't diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. If you're experiencing persistent sexual health issues, see your doctor. What I do is translate clinical research into practical training guidance you can actually use.
